Brazing of rock tools

Johnson Matthey has developed a range of copper based brazing filler metals for brazing of rock drills and mining tools. In addition to these JM Bronze™ filler metals and specialised Argo-braze™ silver brazing filler metals may also be used.

These brazing filler metals must be capable of producing high strength joints that will be reliable in the most arduous of service environments.
